General Schedule

After the team arrives in Mexico, each day is packed with soccer training, Spanish language lessons, and learning about the culture. The day starts at 8am with a nutritious breakfast of fresh fruits, cereal, and juice. The team will train from 9am until 11am. Then it's lunch time with a fully catered authentic meal. After lunch, players will have language and culture lessons, in class and on tours of the city, until the next soccer training from 5pm to 7pm when the sun is not as hot. Once a week we will have a special activity where we join a surf camp, play beach soccer, and visit an orphanage and play soccer with the children. Teams will also go to the local markets each day to practice their newly-acquired Spanish language and interact with local people. The goal is to teach the children the value of the game from the Latino perspective while improving their Spanish language and soccer skills. This is a whole-player experience where players not only play soccer, but learn culture, language, and a respect for the sport.

Basic Sessions

These sessions are designed for players to improve their fundamental skills with a Latin influence of ball control, passing, and finishing. Playing in Mexico enhances players' understanding of the game's differences and correct techniques to serve as a base for the rest of their learning. Skills are taught using fun games, technical and tactical exercises, scrimmages, and playing a new sport called Beach Soccer. All sessions are supervised by adult counselors who make sure that their week is safe, enjoyable, and educational.

Advanced Sessions

Those who are at least 13 years or older to continue the process of skill development, while offering more tactical awareness in the Latin style of play to help players improve their vision, passing, speed of play, and demonstrate knowledge "on" and "off" the ball. The advance sessions include one hour of Spanish each day, a field trip to surf and play soccer on the beach, and also scheduled play with a local orphanage.
